Aquiva Labs is Now Aquiva. Here's What That Means for You.
Aquiva has evolved. Same team, same commitment to excellence, and a clearer reflection of who we are today: a consulting and engineering firm helping organizations navigate technology change and turn ideas into reality.

A letter from Jay Keating, CEO
Technology is moving fast. AI, hybrid architectures, and new ways of building software are changing how every organization operates. Each year brings new platforms, new capabilities, and new decisions that shape where a business ends up.
In our experience, the hard part has never been coming up with ideas. The hard part is making them real.
As we often tell our team:
"Our job is to help customers build what comes next and make sure it actually works in production, not just in the demo (or the Lab)."
That belief has guided us for a decade, and it's why we're introducing ourselves as Aquiva. The name is shorter. What we do for clients is the same, and in many ways the new name fits the partner we already are: product-grade.
We've grown alongside our clients. As their environments got more complex, our role widened: from solving platform-specific problems to helping teams make bigger calls across strategy, architecture, integrations, custom development, and implementation.
Today, Aquiva helps organizations make hard technology decisions, build what's next, and make sure it holds up in production.
Helping You Decide What's Next
Every platform choice, integration, AI initiative, and architecture decision shapes how a company will run years from now.
So our work goes past implementation. We help clients weigh the options and make calls that keep them flexible and create real business value. The point isn't only to solve today's problem. It's to leave you ready for the next one, because what makes sense today often won't a few years out (or months!).
Experience Is the Difference
Ideas are easy. Demos are easy. Production is hard.
The teams we work with don't need another deck about what's possible. They need software that works in the real world: integrated with the systems they already run, able to scale, and tied to outcomes they can measure.
We use AI and modern engineering tools to ship faster and raise quality. But the tools aren't the edge. Experience is. It's what tells you where complexity hides, where human judgment matters, and how the pieces actually come together in production. That's how we move quickly without cutting corners.
What Hasn't Changed
The name evolved. The business, team, and culture underneath it didn't.
Same team. Same standards. The relationships we've built with clients, partners, and colleagues over the past decade are right where they have always been.
What's new is a brand that reflects how wide our work has become and where we're helping clients go.
The technology will keep changing. Whether you're a long-time client, a partner, or meeting Aquiva for the first time, thank you for being part of it. We're looking forward to building what's next with you.
