Bringing Touchless Document Automation to the AgentExchange for Conexiom

The challenge

Building an AgentExchange app for document automation isn't a simple connector project. Conexiom needed to bring their core processing capabilities into Salesforce while maintaining the accuracy guarantees their customers depend on. The integration had to handle account and trading partner linking, sample PO configuration, production deployment for touchless order processing, volume monitoring, and exception handling, all within Salesforce's native experience.

Our approach

Aquiva partnered with Conexiom to architect and deliver their Salesforce AgentExchange application across three areas: integration design, ISV packaging and security review, and go-to-market acceleration.

The outcome

Conexiom for Salesforce launched on the AgentExchange, giving their customers native visibility into document automation directly within their CRM. Manufacturers and distributors who already rely on Conexiom for touchless order processing can now manage the entire workflow (monitoring, exceptions, configuration) without context-switching between platforms.

Building an Augmented Analytics Engine on the AgentExchange for Halosight

The challenge

Unstructured data in Salesforce is plentiful but unwieldy. Case notes are free-text. Email threads are messy. Chat logs vary in format. Extracting meaningful signals (product mentions, customer sentiment, churn indicators, adoption patterns) requires processing that goes well beyond standard Salesforce reporting.

Our approach

Aquiva provided ISV development consulting focused on getting Halosight to market quickly without cutting corners, across three areas: platform architecture, security review preparation, and go-to-market strategy.

The outcome

Halosight launched successfully on the Salesforce AgentExchange and earned a 5-star rating across verified reviews. The application now serves enterprise customers who use it for AI-powered meeting prep, account intelligence, and field sales enablement, processing unstructured data to surface insights that structured reports miss.

Building the Event Engagement Platform Inside Salesforce for RainFocus

The challenge

Event data is uniquely complex. A single conference generates thousands of data points (registrations, session attendance, meeting bookings, content downloads, booth visits, survey responses) spread across hundreds or thousands of attendees. Surfacing this data meaningfully inside Salesforce meant more than building a simple connector.

Our approach

This wasn't a single-project engagement. Aquiva embedded with RainFocus's product team across multiple initiatives, providing architectural guidance alongside hands-on development.

The outcome

RainFocus for Salesforce launched on the AgentExchange and is now used by enterprise event teams who need their sales organizations to actually act on event data. Sales reps see real-time engagement snapshots directly in Salesforce for Accounts, Opportunities, and Contacts: no context-switching, no waiting for post-event reports.

Owning the Work-Order Pipeline at Skeens Warehouse Services

The challenge

The previous setup routed everything through a middleware work-order platform: $9,400 to set up, roughly $22,000 a year to keep, $1,500 a month in platform fees, and $200 for every licensed vendor. Worse than the cost was the ownership problem. Every workflow change meant a vendor request. Every new client system meant a new integration bill.

Our approach

Aquiva built SWS a native, bi-directional integration between Salesforce Service Cloud and both client platforms. Fixed price, six weeks from discovery to production.

The outcome

The integration is live in production, processing daily work-order volume across two client platforms. Roughly $40,000 a year in middleware platform and per-vendor licensing costs is gone. Office staff work from Salesforce, not four browser tabs. Technicians check in and out from the field, and the client's system updates itself.

Case 05

Unifying Hospitality Data for Hapi Guest CRM

The challenge

The core problem was data fragmentation. A typical hotel brand runs Oracle OPERA for PMS, a separate system for restaurant reservations, another for guest surveys, a loyalty platform, and sometimes a different PMS per property. None of these systems share a data model. Guest records are duplicated across platforms, profile updates happen on different timelines, and no single system has the complete picture.

Our approach

Aquiva assembled an engineering team with deep Salesforce platform and ISV packaging experience. The engagement focused on three areas: a Salesforce-native hospitality data model, real-time bi-directional integration, and AgentExchange security-review readiness.

The outcome

Hapi Guest CRM launched on the Salesforce AgentExchange and is now used by hotel brands running 10+ properties. Guest profiles update within seconds of a PMS change. Hotel teams access unified guest intelligence (past stays, preferences, loyalty status, spend patterns) directly in Salesforce without switching between systems.
